Pasta, spinach and salmon salad

Ingredientes:

25 g Vitacress spinach

50 g farfalle pasta

1 salmon fillet, bones and skin removed (125 g)

½ pkg. Vitacress Mesclum salad (100g)

10 g sesame seeds

Salt and pepper

Sauce:

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pinch of salt

CLASSIFICAÇÃO GERAL

PREPARATION:

Cook pasta in boiling water with salt for 9 minutes. Place in a bowl olive oil, lemon juice and mix well. Drain pasta and place in sauce. Mix well and allow to cool down. Dice salmon, season with salt and pepper, and dip in sesame seeds. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add salmon pieces and braise on each side. Add spinach, pasta and mix well. Serve garnished to taste, with Mesclum salad.
