Fettuccine with walnuts and watercress

Ingredientes:

80 g fettuccine (or pappardelle)

50 g Vitacress watercress (reserve some to garnish)

½ garlic clove, crushed

10 g walnuts (reserve some to garnish)

25 g parmesan, freshly grated

½ tbsp. mayonnaise

10 g olives

PREPARATION:

Cook pasta in water with salt for approximately 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place in food processor watercress, garlic, walnuts, cheese and mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Season to taste. Drain the pasta and add pesto immediately. Serve with remaining nuts, watercress and olives.
